Hajiani Hanifa Bai Memorial Society

Established in 1975, the Hajiani Hanifa Bai Memorial Society (HHMS) was founded to honour the legacy and vision of Hajiani Hanifa Bai, a philanthropist dedicated to improving education and healthcare for children, women and youth, particularly in underserved communities. HHMS is committed to promoting educational development, community welfare and social advancement, with a strong focus on empowering young girls.

Dawood Public School (DPS) was developed under the supervision and management of HHMS. Founded in 1983 by Mr. Ahmed Dawood, DPS was established as part of his mission to advance education in Pakistan. The school currently provides quality education to over 2,700 girls.

The HHMS Managing Committee oversees DPS, setting broad policy guidelines and ensuring the school functions as a not-for-profit institution. The committee also plays a vital role in securing essential funding to support school operations and address infrastructure needs.
