Subject: School Reopening – Phase V
Dear Parents,
We are happy to announce our readiness to launch Phase V of school reopening from Monday, 2nd November, 2020. In this Phase we will welcome back students of KG I and KG II. Students will report to school between 8.50 am to 9.10 am and classes will end at 12.40 pm. Second shift students will report to school between 11:30 am – 12:00 pm and classes will end at 3:00 pm. Entry will be from Gate B. However, Gate C will be operated for van girls only, following all SOPs.
The full Cohort of KG I and KG IIs will be attending as per schedule. However, they will be divided into two groups to ensure social distancing protocols within classrooms
Monday and Wednesday – All sections of KG II (Both shifts) Tuesday, Thursday and Friday will be virtual classes
Tuesday and Thursday – All sections of KG I (Both shifts) Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be virtual classes
Attached to this email is an undertaking for attending school. This must be filled and emailed to the class teacher by Thursday 29th October, 2020.
Parents are also requested to review the attached SOP document which highlights the procedures and precautions being taken by the school as per government directives. Further to the document, we invite you to join us for an on-line session where we will discuss the reopening plans and our readiness. The link for Meet will be shared by respective Class Teachers via the class WhatsApp Groups.
