Dawood Public School open it’s Play School for boys and girls between ages 10 months to 1.11 years. Limited seats are available.
Admissions in Play Group are open as under:
Registration Timings: Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Play Group I Age: 10 months to 1.5 years.
Play Group I Classes: 4 Days in a Week.
Play Group II Age: 1.6 years to 1.11 years.
Play Group II Classes: 4 Days in a Week.
Documents required:
1. Child’s birth certificate (original and photocopy)
2. Child’s Form “B” copy (Birth certificates and “B” forms issued in the past 6 months are not acceptable)
3. Parents’ CNIC (original and photocopy)
4. Three (3) recent passport size photos of the child
5. Parents’ business card
6. Parents’ biodata / curriculum vitae (C.V)
7. Utility bills copy
8. Family photograph
9. Registration fee Rs : 3,000/- (NON REFUNDABLE)
10. Parents’ last completed Educational Document (Certificate / transcript / degree)
11. Vaccination card and blood group card copy
