Subject: Mid-Year Examination important dates
Dear Parent,
Further to our circular No STD/AC/20/66 dated November 3, 2020, regarding Mid-Year Examinations, please be reminded of the following details:
Virtual classes and Revision schedule:
| KG I and KG II | Virtual classes from November 30 ,2020 – December 18 , 2020 |
| Grade I to VIII | Virtual revision classes (for both groups) November 30 to December 4 , 2020 |
| Grade IX-XI | Study leave on November 30 , 2020 |
Mid-Year Examination commencement dates:
| Grade IX – XI | December 1, 2020 |
| Grade II –VIII | December 7 , 2020 |
| Grade I | December 8 ,2020 |
- In the case of a child feeling unwell during the course of the examinations, parents are to inform the relevant Section Head via a sick leave email supported by a medical certificate.
- Outdoor examination center will be arranged for students whose concerns are communicated earlier by emails.
- Students can bring an energy bar, box of juice and water bottle with them in the examination hall.
- Parents and students are requested to go through the circular sent earlier (Ref.No:STD/AC/20/66 dated November 3, 2020) for any further details concerning timings and entry/exit gates.
