Subject: Mid-year Examination
Dear Parents,
Please find the attached schedule for Mid-Year Examinations for Grades I-XI. All assessments will be in-school with strict adherence to health and hygiene SOPs. Successful phasing in of all classes (I –XI) allows us to have all assessments physically. Provision will be made for children with predetermined health conditions and they will be seated in a dedicated open air area. Please write to the Section Head of your child to avail this provision; all requests need to be supported with a doctors’ certificate specifying the condition. Please remember that there is no provision for on-line assessments.
As you may see that the complete cohort is scheduled to take the assessment together for maintaining homogeneity. The student numbers are being managed through shifts, entry and exit timings. Kindly look closely at the dispersal times and gates given in the attached schedule as you are requested to collect your child immediately after each assessment.

On the first day of assessment, students will be guided to their examination room which shall remain consistent for all assessments.
Please note that the winter break is from December 21, 2020 – January 5, 2021 (both days inclusive). Students will return to School on January 6, 2020 (Group-A) and January 7, 2020 (Group-B). Timetable and groups will remain unchanged in the coming term. Report cards will be issued on January 18.2021 (Group A) and 19.2021 (Group B).
We would like to thank all students and parents for showing their resilience in wading through these unprecedented times. We have achieved another milestone and now that we are following a hybrid model of teaching, assessments are once again in the physical environment.
