Dear Parents/ Guardians,
We hope that you and your families are safe and in good health.
As we close the Academic Session 2019-20, here are some important dates to be noted:
| 1 | Friday, 10th July | Last Day of Virtual Classes – Academic Session 2019-20 |
| 2 | Wednesday, 15th July | Result Dispatch – Pre Primary Section (Pre Nursery – KG II) |
| 3 | Thursday, 16th July | Result Dispatch – Primary Section (Grade I – Grade V) |
| 4 | Friday, 17th July | Result Dispatch – Secondary Section (Grade VI – Grade X) |
| 5 | Monday 20th July – Tuesday 28th July 2020 | After Exam Activity Week |
The final report card will be emailed to you as per the schedule above. You are requested for confirmation via return email upon receipt of the same.
As previously guided, this year the result will indicate virtual responsibility of students regarding homework submissions, online quizzes, virtual learning platforms of ixl and exciting extra-curricular activities. We have collectively grown to embrace the challenges of times that have successfully passed, and feel ready to welcome the future.
Looking ahead, the Academic Session 2020-21 is forecasted to continue over virtual medium. We will keep you abreast of government directives regarding any changes, but currently, the coming month is looking to offer the following:
| 1 | Wednesday 5th August – Friday 7th August | Class Orientations – Class Teachers and Level Supervisors to welcome students and parents online and apprise them about the virtual classes. |
| 2 | Monday 10th August | Commencement of virtual classes and note book pack distribution. |
| 3 | Friday 14th August | Virtual Celebrations for Independence Day |
Kindly be reminded that the new course textbooks will have to be purchased from the market. We hope the importance of being well prepared for online learning has been understood after the challenges faced in the Final Term of 2019-20. Hence, it is advised that all students are equipped with desktop/laptop, internet connection/data and electricity back up before the commencement of classes for the next session. We hope you can utilize this period to ensure the same.
