Subject: Extra Classes for CAIE Prep
Dear Parents and Students,
In the final days leading up to the CAIE, the School has devised a plan whereby students may avail onsite learning. We propose the following plan starting Monday 15th February:
· Five days of in-School learning with an hour added for tutorials
Students are advised to attend School onsite daily from Monday to Friday for boosting their exam performance. Additionally, an extra hour has been added to the students’ workday to allow troubleshooting and targeted coaching to enhance performance. After the timetabled lessons come to an end at 1:30 p.m. students will join a tutorial lesson in the subject of their choice. Teachers will share signup sheets for these sessions.
Please note that only the students who attend lessons onsite on the day will be eligible to join the tutorial lesson. Pickup time will thus be 2:30 p.m. for the entire cohort.
· On-line Master Classes
Saturdays will be utilised for more intensive revision/exam practice sessions. Details for the same will be shared in the coming week.
The above decision is to compensate for the loss of time due to the pandemic. A drop in the overall performance witnessed during the Grand Tests and Monthly Assessments had prompted us to offer a stronger support to the students. We hope parents will join us in nudging their child to avail the much needed reinforcement.
Further, the School has decided that students in Grade X will take Mock Examinations only for the appearing subjects. The remaining papers will be conducted after completion of CAIE in May.

Timetable for Mock assessments (Grades X & XI) is attached for your reference. Parents must ensure complete attendance of their child during the Mocks as there will be no retakes.
