Subject: Eid Break and Final Exams
Dear Parents,
We have reached the near end of another challenging school year. The unfortunate pandemic has stretched us all to discover unparalleled levels of patience, compassion and adaptability as a school community and we are immensely thankful to our team of dedicated teachers, cooperative parents and of course, the brave young students. Together we have overcome one obstacle after another to set an unprecedented record of resilience.
Please be reminded that the Final Exam is mandatory for all students, depending on Government decision. The Final Exam will be conducted virtually via Exam Software (Quizziz). Kindly follow the schedule for the essential dates.

| 17th May to 26th May | Online Revision Classes resume with exam software practice (Grade II – VII) |
| 17th May to 19th May | Online Revision Classes resume with exam software practice (Grade VIII – X) |
| 27th May to 1st June | Final Exams (Grade II – VII) |
| 20th May to 4th June | Final Exams (Grade VIII – X) |
| 15th June | Result Announcement (Pre-Nursery – X) |
| 4th August | School Reopens for New Session*

- Grade II – VII will take exam for English, Urdu, Math, and Science only. Remaining subjects will be graded on aggregate of the previous tests.
- Grade VIII – X will take exam for all subjects.
The Final Exam Timetable for Grades II till X is attached for due reference and has also been posted to the school website for further facilitation.
Students must return Library Books before commencement of Final Exams. After the Eid Break, parents are request to drop off the books at the School gate between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm in a bag clearly mentioning student’s name, grade, section and GR number.
