Dear Parents,
We recognize the value of exposure to a variety of experiences and cultures as a vital part of a rounded, holistic education. School tours and trips have formed part of the curriculum delivery for the past few years. As part of our recreational activity, an exciting and fun-filled trip to Turkey is being offered to our dear students and parents. The exclusive package covers three of the most scenic places of this magnificent country with exciting activities, authentic Turkish cuisine and much more. The package cost is Rs. 155,000/- per person on Twin sharing basis. A detailed itinerary of the program is as follows:

Arrive Istanbul

Orientation tour of Istanbul including:

Drive to Bursa Visit the Grand Mosque (Ulu Camii), Green Mausoleum and Silk Market. Transfer to hotel in Bursa for dinner and overnight stay |

Transfer to Mt. Uludag. Have free time to explore and play in the snow or ski ( Skiing Equipment & Lunch Excluded) Dinner and overnight stay in Busra |

- FAMILY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE. MANDATORY FOR FAMIL APPLICATIONS AND ONLY
- NADRA MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED IF NEWLY WEDDED COUPLE
- Bank Statement of last six months signed and stamped ( not older than 15 days)
- Bank Verification Letter signed and stamped (not older than 15 days)
- If company is bearing the expenses then Company bank statement + acc maintenance (not older than 15 days )
- Salary Slip of last three months (for salary person)
- CNIC Copy School /college / university card copy (for students)
- Valid passport (PPT COPIES OF ALL USED PAGES AND DATA PAGES OF ALL PASSPORTS)
- Tax returns last 2 years and NTN certificate (mandatory if proprietor)
- Polio certificate original
- Personal Appearance Is Mandatory Both Time Submission And Collection
- Karachi Submission Days Are Monday, Wednesday, Friday Between 10:00 To 12:00
- Processing Time Depend On Approval (Minimum 20 Working Days)
Package cost excludes:
Personal Nature Expenses such as laundry, Mini – Bar, Room Service, Phone Calls, any extra beverages during breakfast or meals, and any other services not specified above etc.
You are requested to send the consent slip provided below by Wednesday, November 28, 2018 and attend a presentation regarding the trip that has been arranged for Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 09:00 am in the school’s Secondary Seminar room.
Please bring all documentation necessary for travel with you on Thursday to ensure timely booking and other arrangements.
