Dear Parents,

Kindly find below the Final Assessments schedule 2017 – 2018.
Assessment Schedule:

Final Assessments:
Friday, May 04th, 2018 till Friday, May 11th, 2018

Activity week:
Monday, May 14th, 2018 till Friday, May 18th, 2018
(Attendance is mandatory and will be duly marked.)

Students’ result will be based on their overall performance throughout the academic year 2017 – 2018.
Timings for Pre-Primary Section from Friday, April 27th, 2018 till Friday, May 18th, 2018 will be as follows:
 
First Shift:

Pre-Nursery:
9:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. (Monday – Friday)

Nursery, KGI & KGII:
7:50 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Monday – Friday)

Second Shift:

Pre-Nursery:
12:00 p.m. – 02:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Nursery, KGI & KGII:
11:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Note: Timings for Pre-Primary Section from Monday, May 14th, 2018 till Friday, May 18th, 2018 will be as follows:

• Pre-Nursery (1st and 2nd shift):
  9:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.

• Nursery, KG I & KG II (1st and 2nd shift):
  7:50 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

• Students must come in proper School uniform with school ID card on their person.
• In case a paper is postponed due to any emergency that paper will be taken after the last paper or on any other suitable date which will be communicated accordingly.
• Result of the Final Assessments (1st & 2nd Shift) will be announced on Friday, May 25th, 2018.
  Timings:  8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
