Dear Parents,
Immunization campaigns are conducted regularly around the country by the government, so that all children less than five years of age are administered polio drops; as a part of this campaign a team from the office of the Deputy Commissioner East, Karachi will be visiting our School on Monday, 26th February, 2018.
Please send back the filled in permission slip via email to [email protected].
(In case of disapproval, please send a documented proof of the last dose of this vaccine)
