Eid comes but once a year,
Let’s get together for a holiday cheer!
Dear Parents and Students,
As Ramadan comes to an end, we hope that all of you are safe and healthy. Eid is an occasion that all children await eagerly. It symbolizes family, friendship, giving and sharing. Unfortunately, due to current pandemic situation, Eid festivities may be unusual this year. We pray that despite all circumstances, your homes are showered with blessing and happiness, and that your families are embraced with the spirit of this wonderful occasion.
We at DPS miss our students. The excited chatter, the eager smiles, the infectious exuberance – all ingredients that brightened our corridors of learning. To reignite the wonderful teacher-student bond, all DPS teachers are happy to invite their dear students for a Virtual Eid Party. On the third day of the festive occasion, teachers will wait to host the students of their class on Google Meet where an enjoyable hour will be spent together, playing games, exchanging smiles, reliving joyous moments and swaying to the jazzy melodies of live music!
Please note the following for your daughter to join in with us for the fun:

Virtual Eid Party will be held at Google MEET, on the Third day of Eid (subject to appearanceof moon). The invites (link) of the party will be emailed to the student’s school ID on theSecond Day of Eid.

Students are requested to select a favorite dress from their wardrobe and get beautifullydressed up for the online party.

If students want to enjoy food with their friends, they can sit in front of the screen with theirfavorite snacks, making it a virtual lunch party or snack time.
