Global Dignity Day 2013:

Global Dignity Day was celebrated at Dawood Public School on Friday, October 11, 2013. The objective of this day is to respect everyone’s right to lead a dignified life. The students of O and A Level conducted a combined assembly presentation to pay tribute to the school’s junior staff for the incessant efforts with which they serve the school.  A student from the A Level read out a beautiful poem dedicated to the junior staff. O and A Level students then presented colourful handmade badges to all junior staff members as a token of appreciation. The audience gave rounds of applause to each staff member as they came up on stage to receive their badge. The appreciation and applause from Students, Teachers and the Principals raised the junior staffs’ self-esteem and confidence evident by the smiles and contentment seen on their faces
