Laurels For DPS Teaching Staff:

Wednesday, July 01, 2015 marked a proud moment for DPS Teachers commemorating completion of the Oregon University Course “Shaping The Way We Teach, English Part 2, Paths To Success In ELT” offered by the US Department of State. The certificate ceremony for the course was held yesterday at the US Consulate Karachi honoring teachers from Dawood Public School.
Ms. Huma M. Thaver , Principal A Level ,who was nominated as the course facilitator, by the US Consulate also attended the course and bagged a distinction along with four other course participants Ms. Bushra Mahboob, Ms. Fatima Nazneen, Ms. Munazza Farooq Mansoori and Ms. Safa  Moorad. Where as Ms. Fatima Raza, Ms. Hina Shahbaz, Ms. Huma Haroon Kirmani, Ms. Mahgul Ali, Ms. Sumaira Ghazi and Ms. Urooj  Ejaz achieved a merit for their efforts.
The management of DPS Congrulates each teacher on her brilliant achievement and encourages others to follow suit.
DPS beliefs in lifelong learning through formal and/ or informal means, catering to on- going professional development of teachers. Some opportunities include attending conferences, seminars, workshops, panel discussions, on-lines courses and becoming active members of various professional associations for teachers like SPELT, British Council, TRC etc.
